On the radio program Agriculture of America this morning, RFA President and CEO Geoff Cooper talked about possible EPA action on the plan by several Midwest governors to allow year-round sales of E15. He also discussed efforts by refiners to oppose E15, and the upcoming deadline for EPA to announce renewable fuel obligations for 2023 and later.
