In an AgriTalk segment today, former RFA chairman Neil Koehler talks about recent research that can finally pave the way toward E15 ethanol sales in the Golden State. The results of the new study, which tested 20 vehicles, show that shifting from E10 to E15 reduces emissions of most pollutants that contribute to ozone formation and, ultimately, smog.
