Registration Open for 23rd Annual RFA National Ethanol Conference

October 10, 2017

WASHINGTON - Registration is now open for the Renewable Fuels Association's 23rd annual National Ethanol Conference (NEC), to be held Feb. 12–14, 2018 in San Antonio. The theme for the NEC will be "Ethanol Strong: Empowering Dialogue to Grow Markets." The NEC provides an unequaled opportunity to engage key decision makers and industry executives about the latest technologies and government policies affecting the industry today. Speakers will address a number of topics including growth of higher level ethanol blends, ethanol exports, and the regulatory and marketplace issues shaping the industry's future. "RFA's NEC is the preeminent and most widely attended policy conference for the ethanol industry," said RFA Board Chairman Mick Henderson, general manager of Commonwealth Agri-Energy LLC, which operates a 35 million gallon per year ethanol plant in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. "It's an excellent opportunity to network, hear great content from top experts and learn the latest about issues affecting our industry. The 2018 NEC will be a can't miss event." Additionally, for the third consecutive year, NEC has been selected to be a participant in the U.S. Department of Commerce's International Buyer Program (IBP). Through its network of offices in U.S. Embassies and Consulates worldwide, the IBP recruits pre-screened foreign buyer delegations and brings them to selected U.S. trade shows and conferences, connecting U.S. companies with international buyers. International trade specialists from the agency will be at the International Trade Center onsite at the NEC to provide export counseling, matchmaking services, market analysis and more.
