Every year in this space, I prepare a tongue-in-cheek list of what’s on its way out and what’s on its way in as we turn the calendar to a New Year. This year, I think we can all agree we will be quite happy to see 2020 OUT! And we remain ever hopeful that as 2021 comes IN, brighter, healthier, and more prosperous days lie ahead. As we collectively hope for that, I offer my own characteristically sardonic assessment of the changes in the ethanol industry’s reality this New Year (and did I mention this is meant to be sarcastic and tongue-in-cheek?!).
