Wayne Garrett is the General Manager for Chief Ethanol Fuels, Inc. Chief Ethanol operates a 75 million gallon facility located in Hastings, Nebraska, and a 48 million gallon facility in Lexington, Nebraska.
Wayne brings a successful track record with over 30 years of managerial experience leading organizations and teams that have achieved transformative levels of growth. With experience in sales and marketing, he has a strong background in developing comprehensive strategic goals for market penetration.
Prior to Wayne’s current role, he oversaw the production, fabrication, engineering, staff development and training, supply chain, and financial performance of the Bosselman Energy Tank & Trailer division. His leadership style is focused on building strong teams through foresight, integrity, and motivation in order to meet the needs of all stakeholders.
Wayne graduated from Bellevue University with a Bachelor of Science degree. He has held numerous board positions for many organizations including Grand Island Christian School as the President of the Board of Directors, the Nebraska Christian Schools as the Advisory Chairperson to the Board of Directors, and the Specialty Tool and Fastener Distributer Association as part of the National Board of Directors.
