Eric Baukol is the CEO of Redfield Energy, LLC, an ethanol producer in Redfield, SD. Prior to his role at Redfield he spent 12 years as Risk Manager at Granite Falls Energy and has been in the ethanol industry since 2010. He currently serves on the Board of the South Dakota Ethanol Producers Association and the Renewable Fuels Association and previously has served as the Ethanol Advisory Team Lead for the US Grains Council.
