Thomas Harwood is Chief Executive Officer of Al-Corn Clean Fuel LLC, a farmer-owned ethanol production facility in Claremont, Minnesota. He joined Al-Corn in 2016 and has held leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer before being appointed CEO.
With a background in bioprocess design and history in emerging biotechnology and biofuels businesses, Harwood is a proud, long-standing member of the Minnesota business community. He is a consistent advocate for advancing renewable fuels and strengthening Minnesota’s ag economy. Harwood also serves on the boards of Guardian Energy Management, Renewable Products Marketing Group (RPMG), and the Minnesota Bio-Fuels Association (MBA), where he is Vice President.
He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
