March 8, 2017 – March 10, 2017 all-day

RFA staff and seasoned Lead Trainer Kelly Davis and Ralco Nutrition’s Matt Frederking will present the animal food standardized curriculum developed by the FSPCA, which is recognized by FDA to meet the requirements for a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI). Participants can expect to receive 20 hours of training on regulatory requirements, current GMPs, developing a food safety plan, types of hazards, conducting a hazard analysis, preventive controls actions/corrections and recordkeeping. While the curriculum was developed to satisfy a wide range of animal food stakeholders, our trainers provide additional content/commentary pertinent to the ethanol industry. Lab managers, plant managers and other ethanol stakeholders are invited to participate. This 2.5-day class is offered to RFA Members at no charge; registration for non-members is $1,800. Contact Ann Lewis (alewis@ethanolrfa.org) to reserve your seat soon as classroom capacity is limited.
